Statement of Faith

📖 Our Statement of Faith

At Revival Church, we are grounded in the unshakable truth of God's Word and led by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe:

✝️ The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final rule for faith, life, and godliness (2 Timothy 3:16–17).

👑 God the Father

We believe in one eternal God — Creator of Heaven and Earth — who is holy, sovereign, and full of love, mercy, and justice (Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 6:3).

🙌 Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead on the third day, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He is the only way to salvation (John 14:6; Romans 5:8; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4).

🕊️ The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit who dwells in all believers, empowering them to live holy, fruitful lives. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with evidence such as spiritual gifts, boldness, and a deeper intimacy with God (Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–23; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11).

🌍 Humanity and Salvation

We believe all have sinned and are in need of salvation. Redemption is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone — not by works (Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:8–9). We believe in repentance, water baptism, and sanctification through the Holy Spirit.

🕊️ The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ — called to gather, grow, serve, and go into all the world preaching the Gospel (Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 2:42–47). We believe in the fivefold ministry (Ephesians 4:11) and the operation of spiritual gifts.

🕰️ The Return of Christ

We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ — that He will return in power and glory to judge the living and the dead and establish His eternal Kingdom (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 22:12).

💖 Unity & Love

We believe that every person is made in the image of God and should be treated with love, dignity, and respect, regardless of background or circumstance (John 13:34–35; Galatians 3:28).

🙏🏽 We are a church committed to truth, love, revival, and the power of God — walking boldly in the Spirit and rooted in the Word.
